Cash Payments
Please pay in cash at the first session wherever possible. For example, a 1.5-hour session would cost €150. Please refer to the far-right column of the price list. Cash payments are generally rounded down, except for the three-session pass, which already includes a substantial discount.
Payments According to Financial Means
People whose financial resources fall below the minimum income required to meet basic living expenses may, in good consultation with me, contribute according to their financial means.
People earning €5,000 or more may agree on an excellent fee for the assignment.
Individual sessions can take place via Zoom, WhatsApp, or at my home practice. Group sessions can also be arranged in a suitable space rented for that purpose.

These donations create the financial space for me to contribute to community projects and to support people who have fewer resources, including events for groups that are less privileged in society and those who would benefit from access to new forms of education and training.
Many children fall outside conventional assessment frameworks, as do many adults in our society. Older people, too, often lack readily available financial resources while still needing support.
I would like to contribute my skills, knowledge, and expertise to help these people. The financial flexibility created by voluntary donations makes this possible.
On behalf of everyone who will benefit from these contributions, I extend my heartfelt and endless gratitude.
Agreements, Commitments and Terms of Service
Every series of sessions, individual session, or assignment is documented in writing. This written document constitutes the agreement or contract.
The arrangements mutually agreed upon before the assignment begins remain binding for the entire agreed period. They cannot be unilaterally terminated or altered midway through the process. This ensures that sufficient time is made available to complete the process in its entirety, in accordance with the arrangements agreed upon in advance.
In practice, this means that no refunds are available for an assignment, session, or course series once the assignment has commenced, provided that both parties have properly discussed and agreed to the arrangements documented in writing and have been made aware of these terms and conditions of Wenallt, Muzaik, Vita, or Véronique, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
Following completion of an assignment, a 45-minute evaluation may take place to discuss and establish new arrangements for a subsequent assignment. Any new period of work begins on the basis of renewed agreements reached by mutual consent.
The following practical examples are provided for clarity:
Advance Payment for a Series
A series of sessions must be paid for in advance. Once payment has been made, no refund is available.
If an assignment is paid for in full in advance and the Service Provider is unable to attend for personal reasons, a refund may be issued to the Client only for the hours missed, provided that the series of sessions subsequently continues.
If the Service Provider is unable to attend due to force majeure or external pressure exerted by other authorities outside the contractual relationship, no refund is available for the assignment, session, or series. Such circumstances are considered an emergency situation. No refunds will be issued for any other hours already completed or still scheduled to be fulfilled.
Monthly Invoicing in Arrears
If an assignment is invoiced to the Client monthly in arrears, the following conditions apply.
If the Service Provider is unable to attend, the missed hours will automatically be excluded from the invoice submitted at the end of the relevant month.
However, if the Client fails to make themselves available for a service that has already been agreed upon, for whatever reason, the Service Provider is entitled to invoice the full amount for those scheduled hours at the end of the relevant month.
Early Termination and Changes to Agreements
Agreements cannot be changed or renegotiated unilaterally during the agreed period. This ensures that the agreed assignment can be completed in full within the scheduled timeframe.
If the Client unilaterally terminates the assignment before the agreed end date, the full agreed fee remains payable to the Service Provider.
If the Service Provider unilaterally terminates the assignment, the Client's payment obligation ends from the point at which the Service Provider ceases to provide the agreed hours. However, all hours already delivered remain payable by the Client and may be invoiced by the Service Provider.
All agreements between the Client and the Service Provider must be documented in writing in advance.
